My story was very simple. Started from the home kitchen. I am always fond of feeding people, always had loved hosting. I love the feeling when someone eats the food that I have made with love.
Corporate job. Worked in the aviation industry for more than four years. After that, I understood that I need something of my own. So, when I was not doing anything and jobless sitting at home, that is where I decided that I'll open up an Instagram page for home-cooked food. Started as healthy Indian meals from a home kitchen with one single staff. Serving 50-70 people daily.
That is where I also experienced a lot of people coming to me for health-related meals where they wanted a balanced meal. I already had experience with that because I myself have PCOD and tried, and I have been practising to eat in a balanced manner. I love making salads. I have the interest to curate, which is as interesting as any restaurant or cafe menu.
So after I ran the home kitchen for close to 2 years, I wanted to also open up in Guwahati. So I went back to Guwahati and opened up one cafe outlet over there, to understand the market and the cafe culture in Guwahati. I was running two divisions from the same brand: subscription and cafe.
Yes, I developed entire experience working with a lot of nutritionists and chefs, and understood how to help every category of people in a different manner, because honestly losing weight for everyone is very different. Hence the entire meal plan is categorised to ensure we meet everybody's need and requirement.
Bangalore was the market to be, with the growing number of working professionals and a lifestyle where it's easy to go out and eat from a cafe, but at the same time, not very easy to eat clean. To make it easy for the client, we curate chef-curated menus, which is prepared by chefs and experts, and every meal is measured in macros and then curated. Food is prepared daily in the kitchen.

The subscription is the same kitchen that runs the cafe. Same chefs, same recipes, just sent to your door instead of yours-to-collect. Dining at the cafe is by reservation only.

When is the cut-off?
9pm the previous day for breakfast. 9am the same day for lunch. 3pm the same day for dinner.
Can I skip a day?
Yes. Plans include 15 pauses per cycle, and one day's notice is enough.
Where do you deliver?
Across Bangalore. Indiranagar, Koramangala, HSR and Whitefield are all standard. Add your address at checkout.
Veg or non-veg?

Can I customise for an allergy?

How are macros measured?
